This was a fun gym to put together for one of our returning customers. They wanted to update their equipment with the latest equipment and maximize the space they had available.
We were able to put a nice cardio selection together using the Life Fitness Discover touchscreens.
For Strength we did a Inspire FT2, Nautilus leg press, and a Nautilus inner/outer thigh.
Free weights they have a set of 5-50lbs dumbbells with a bench.
Finished it off with a full station core and plyometrics (Balls, bands, kettle bells, plyo boxes and much more.
We were able to use our software (see pictures) to lay out this gym then bring it to life.

You will need a bike mat when installed on:
