“I was thrilled to find this place; they had my favorite exercise bike for about a third of its retail price. Plus, they let me wander by the (huge!) warehouse & try out the bikes to pick the one I wanted. It’s every bit as good as new; a little better, even, when it comes to adjusting the fit. I bought the bike about a month ago & it’s still working perfectly. No way the bike would fit in our car, but delivery was only $99. They didn’t ask for payment until it was delivered, either, which is great. They have a huge selection of stuff, with pictures of most (all?) of it available online. “I worked with Stephanie, Sandy, and Mike to order and install a refurbished Cybex Arc machine so I could continue my cardio work during the COVID-19 pandemic. I asked to have it placed in my basement workout area, which meant they had to carry this enormously heavy machine down a narrow winding flight of stairs, and then through a narrower doorway. Mike and his partner were able to meet my goal, and do it safely and with great concern for my home. Hard to beat purchasing something at 1/4 of the original cost when it’s in excellent shape. What will keep me coming back (and referring people their way) is their service. I went to the Broomfield location and met with Scott, who was open, honest and highly knowledgeable. In fact, Scott brought the bike to my house the same day because he knew I needed the bike sooner vs. later; the guy even helped me find the correct mat on Amazon.
