Warranty
Colorado Cardio Gym Equipment Outlet warrants your exercise equipment to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1-3 year(s) from the original date of purchase. If you discover a defect in equipment covered by this warranty, we will repair at our option using new or refurbished components, or if repair is not possible, replace the item with refurbished equipment.
Exclusions
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing/refurbishing discovered while using the product as recommended. The warranty does not cover loss by theft, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, lightning, or natural disasters. This warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear replacement requirements, such as treadmill running belts, overlays, minor cosmetic blemishes, etc. Non Essential accessories including heart rate monitors, fans, tv monitors etc. are not covered under warranty.
Limits of Liability
Should the equipment fail, your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in the preceding paragraphs. We will not be held liable to you or any other party for any damages that result from the failure of this product. Damages excluded, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, lost data, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damage arising from
the use or inability to use this equipment. In no event shall Colorado Cardio Gym Equipment Outlet be liable for more than the amount of your purchase price, and excluding tax, shipping and delivery charges.
Colorado Cardio Gym Equipment Outlet disclaims any other warranties, express or implied. By accepting this equipment, the user accepts all terms described herein.
If you are not fully satisfied with your product purchase, Colorado Cardio will exchange, or provide you with a full store credit. This policy applies if you are within 30 days of your exercise equipment delivery date and the returned product is in good working condition. Delivery and set-up charges are not refundable and standard pick-up charges apply. Sales are final on all special order and clearance items. Thank you for your business support.
