I bought my chest press second hand but through id tell you all how it works. It honestly is nearly perfect in isolating the pectorals. The movement of the arms is smoother than most other equipment Ive used in the past 20+ years. The dual bearings at the connection points in the arms just works. If functional aesthetics is your thing, look no further. The frame construction is no cool. They don’t fully cut any piece of the frame at the bends. The miter cut a pie shape out and weld the seam. Its just really cool and solid. Overall, its awesome!
