Vickie was very helpful in answering questions I had about the machine and picking it up (the elliptical was going to New Mexico, and they would only deliver as far south as Colorado Springs). Mike loaded the machine for me and made sure it was secure. Since I have set it up at my place in New Mexico, I have been very pleased with the elliptical.
